Pickled Steel Coil

We supply high-quality Pickled & Oiled Hot Rolled Steel Coil (P&O coil), widely used for automotive structural parts, construction machinery components and heavy sheet metal stamping.

Available grades cover QSTE series, HSLA low-alloy steel and carbon structural steel. We can meet your customized requirements on thickness, width and surface condition. The pickled coil removes mill scale and surface oxide through acid pickling treatment, followed by anti-rust oil coating. It has cleaner surface, tighter dimensional tolerance and better formability compared with regular hot rolled coil, ideal for blanking, bending, forming and subsequent machining operations.

Value-added processing services include slitting, cut-to-length, edge trimming and surface inspection. Each shipment is supplied with Mill Test Certificate (MTC), compliant with GB, EN and other international standards. The oxide-free surface greatly lowers die wear and reduces surface defects during stamping, cutting down scrap rate and improving material yield.
